Tokenomics / proposal

Product revenue.
Visible rules.

A payMFER token is planned, not launched. The proposed model uses an approved portion of reconciled payMFER platform revenue for transparent market buybacks after creators and external costs are accounted for.

01

Commerce happens first.

Creators sell access. Buyer payments, creator proceeds, payMFER fees, provider costs, refunds, and reversals remain separate records.

02

Revenue must be reconciled.

Only payMFER revenue that is actually evidenced and available, not gross sales or creator funds, can become eligible for a future treasury allocation.

03

An approved share funds buybacks.

A published policy would define the percentage, cadence, venue, slippage controls, custody, reporting, and pause conditions before any execution.

04

Proof follows every action.

Completed buybacks would be reported with transaction evidence and treasury treatment. Until that exists, the correct status is planned.

Revenue boundary

Creator money is not buyback money.

The current commercial model says creators keep 95% of a completed sale before separately listed payment or network costs. The proposed buyback source is a future, policy-defined share of payMFER's reconciled platform revenue only.

Supply

Not final. Total supply, chain, allocation, vesting, liquidity, and treasury custody require a published launch specification.

Utility

Not final. Product utility must be useful and understandable without creating misleading investment expectations.

Buybacks

Planned. No fixed percentage or schedule is claimed until treasury policy, legal review, custody, and reporting are approved.

Risk

A token can lose value. Buybacks do not guarantee liquidity, price support, returns, or continued execution.

The token follows the product, not the other way around.
